At  Tohfat Art & Gifts store, we always strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction with the products and services provided.

Exchange or Return

An exchange or return can be requested in the following cases:

  • Damaged product upon arrival

  • A different product received than ordered

  • A manufacturing defect

Exchange Conditions

  • You must contact us within  24 hours of receiving the order

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • Photos illustrating the issue must be attached

Important Notes

Some custom-designed or personalized products may not be eligible for return.

In case of any issue, please contact customer service, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
